The terms that apply to anyone using this website.

1. Accepting these Terms
These Terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who operates this website
This website is operated by Molded By Grace Business Group LLC, a Texas single-member limited liability company based in Williamson County, Texas. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. You can reach us at admin@mbgbusinessgroup.com.
3. This website is for information
This is a corporate information site. It explains who the company is, what it stands for, how it approaches building and supporting businesses, and how to reach us. Nothing is sold here, no account is offered here, and no service is delivered through this website.
4. What you may do here
You may read this website, share links to it, and quote short passages from it with attribution. You may print or save pages for your own reference.
5. What you may not do here
Please do not:
- copy or republish substantial parts of this site as your own;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download the site, or use automated tools to do so;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, its server, or its data that is not published for visitors;
- probe, scan or test the site’s security, or interfere with its normal operation;
- submit anything unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or designed to damage or disrupt a system; or
- use the contact form to send advertising, bulk messages, or automated submissions.
6. Intellectual property
The text, structure, design, layout, illustrations and code of this website belong to Molded By Grace Business Group LLC, or are used by us with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you.
7. Our names, logos and branding
“Molded By Grace Business Group”, the names of the businesses operating under it, and the associated logos, marks and visual identity are ours. You may refer to us by name in ordinary descriptive writing. You may not use our names or logos as your own, in a way that suggests we endorse, sponsor or are connected to you, or in a way that is likely to cause confusion.
8. Our other business websites
The businesses within the group, including OnTrack Web Solutions, Bob Backwards, and Molded X God, operate their own separate websites.
These Terms do not govern those websites. Each of them maintains, or will maintain, its own site-specific policies appropriate to what that business actually does: its own website terms, its own privacy policy, its own cookie practices, its own contact arrangements, and, where relevant, its own ecommerce, shipping, returns and testimony-collection terms. When you follow a link to one of them, the policies published on that site are the ones that apply to your use of it.
9. Links to other websites
Where this website links to a website we do not operate, that link is provided for convenience. It does not automatically constitute an endorsement of that website, its owner, or anything on it. Those websites are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their availability, or how they handle information.
10. Availability of this website
This website is provided on an as-available basis. We aim to keep it available, but availability is not guaranteed: we do not promise that the site will be available at any particular time or without interruption, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.
11. Accuracy and updates
We write what is on this site carefully and keep it current as the company changes. Even so, information here may become out of date. Descriptions of the businesses in the group, and of what each of them is doing, reflect a point in time.
12. No professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, medical, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.
13. Contacting us through this site
The contact form sends your message to us as email. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy. Sending a message does not oblige us to act on it.
14. An inquiry does not create a contract
Sending us an inquiry, and our replying to it, does not by itself create a contract or any binding commitment between us. Any engagement between us would be agreed separately and in writing.
15. No obligation to accept work
We are not obliged to take on any project, partnership, collaboration or opportunity offered to us, and we may decline for any reason or none.
16. No guaranteed response
We read what is sent to us and we intend to reply, but we do not guarantee a response, and we do not commit to responding within any particular period.
17. No agency, partnership, employment or fiduciary relationship
Using this website, or contacting us through it, does not make you our agent, partner, joint venturer, employee or client, and does not create a fiduciary relationship between us.
18. Do not send confidential information
Please do not send confidential, proprietary or secret information through the contact form.
A first message from a stranger cannot be treated as confidential, because there is no agreement in place to make it so. Unless and until we have signed something that says otherwise, treat anything you send through this website as not confidential. If you have something sensitive to discuss, say so in general terms and we will arrange a proper way to handle it.
Please also do not send passwords, financial account or card numbers, government identification numbers, or health information through this form.
19. Content you submit
You are responsible for what you send us. By sending it, you confirm that you have the right to send it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break any law.
We do not claim ownership of what you send. You give us permission to read it, store it, and use it for the purpose of responding to you and keeping our records. We do not publish what you send, and we do not use a message, a business name, or an account of work done for someone as public marketing material without permission.
20. Security and misuse
We apply measures to protect this website from automated abuse and misuse, including checks on submissions to the contact form. We may refuse a submission, block an address, or restrict access where that is necessary to protect the site, the mailbox, or other people.
21. Our warranty position
We work to keep this website useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that its content will always be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. The website and its content are provided for general informational purposes and are not professional advice. Any warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
22. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising out of your use of this website. That includes loss arising from the website being temporarily unavailable, from reliance on informational content that has since gone out of date, and from a website operated by somebody else that we have linked to.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, to intentional wrongdoing, or to gross negligence, and it does not apply to anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
23. Rights that cannot be limited
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
25. Venue
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or this website must be brought in a state or federal court located in or serving Williamson County, Texas.
26. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is to be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms remains in force.
27. Waiver
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion, that is not a waiver of it, and does not prevent us from enforcing it on any other occasion.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the dates below show when it took effect and when it was last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
